Your beauty shines like moonlight in the night,
Your face blooms like flowers, soft and bright.
A lovely dream lives deep within your eyes,
Like a moon above the ocean under skies.
When a smile appears upon your face,
It brings spring to a lonely, silent place.
In your flowing hair, I see the evening’s charm,
In your simplicity, a beauty soft and warm.
But true beauty lives within the heart,
Like a fragrance that never falls apart.
Faces may fade as seasons pass away,
But the beauty of the heart will always stay.

सुंदरता की एक ख़ामोश दास्तान
तेरा हुस्न चाँदनी रातों का मंज़र लगता है,
तेरा चेहरा मुझे फूलों का पैकर लगता है।
तेरी आँखों में कोई ख़्वाब सजा रहता है,
जैसे ख़ामोश समंदर में चाँद रहा करता है।
तेरे होंठों पे तबस्सुम की जो लहर आती है,
जैसे वीरान सी बस्ती में बहार आती है।
तेरी ज़ुल्फ़ों में घनी शाम का जादू देखा,
तेरी सादगी में हुस्न का पहलू देखा।
मगर हुस्न की हक़ीक़त तो दिलों में रहती है,
ये वो ख़ुशबू है जो लफ़्ज़ों के बिना बहती है।
चेहरे ढल जाते हैं मौसम की तरह आख़िर,
दिल का हुस्न रहता है मोहब्बत की तरह आख़िर।

حسن کی اک خاموش داستان
تیرا حسن چاندنی راتوں کا منظر لگتا ہے،
تیرا چہرہ مجھے پھولوں کا پیکر لگتا ہے۔
تیری آنکھوں میں کوئی خواب سجا رہتا ہے،
جیسے خاموش سمندر میں چاند رہا کرتا ہے۔
تیرے ہونٹوں پہ تبسم کی جو لہر آتی ہے،
جیسے ویران سی بستی میں بہار آتی ہے۔
تیری زلفوں میں گھنی شام کا جادو دیکھا،
تیری سادگی میں حسن کا پہلو دیکھا۔
مگر حسن کی حقیقت تو دلوں میں رہتی ہے،
یہ وہ خوشبو ہے جو لفظوں کے بغیر بہتی ہے۔
چہرے ڈھل جاتے ہیں موسم کی طرح آخر،
دل کا حسن رہتا ہے محبت کی طرح آخر۔
