My Dreams Are Still Alive

I have kept my voice alive within my silence,
And guarded my broken dreams with quiet defiance.

These tears that often gather in my eyes,
Still hide a little hope beneath the skies.

People say that fate will bring it all my way,
But I have made hard work my path each day.

Many turns still wait along my road,
Yet toward my destination, I carry my hope.

Never mistake my heart for one that has lost,
It has learned to live through every storm it crossed.

My Lord, let my prayers find their way,
At Your door, my wishes kneel and stay.

One day, the dawn of my dreams will rise,
I spend this night with hope in my eyes.

میرے خوابوں کا سویرا

میری آنکھوں میں کئی خواب پلتے رہے،
ہم اندھیروں میں بھی روشنی ڈھونڈتے رہے۔
رات خاموش تھی، چاند تنہا سا تھا،
ہم ستاروں سے دل کی کہیں کہتے رہے۔
میرے حصے میں آنسو بھی آئے بہت،
پھر بھی ہونٹوں پہ کچھ پھول کھلتے رہے۔
جن کو چاہا، وہی دور ہوتے گئے،
ہم وفا کے دیے پھر بھی جلتے رہے۔
میری تنہائیوں کو خبر کیا ہوئی،
کتنے ارمان دل میں مچلتے رہے۔
ایک منزل ہے جس کی تمنا مجھے،
جس کے رستے مرے دل میں بستے رہے۔
اپنے رب کے گھر کو میں دیکھوں کبھی،
یہی خواب آنکھوں میں سجتے رہے۔
میرے بابا کی دعاؤں کا سایہ رہے،
میرے خواب ان کے دل میں بھی پلتے رہے۔
زندگی رات جیسی ہی رہتی اگر،
.ہم سحر کی امیدوں میں چلتے رہے

अभी मेरे ख़्वाब ज़िंदा हैं

मैंने ख़ामोशियों में भी आवाज़ रखी है,
अपने टूटे हुए ख़्वाबों की लाज रखी है।

जो आँखों में नमी रहती है हर वक़्त,
उसमें भी एक उम्मीद छुपा रखी है।

लोग कहते हैं, मुक़द्दर से मिलेगा सब कुछ,
मैंने मेहनत को भी तक़दीर बना रखी है।

मेरे रास्ते में कई मोड़ अभी बाक़ी हैं,
मैंने मंज़िल की तरफ़ नज़र उठा रखी है।

मेरे दिल को कभी हारा हुआ मत समझना,
इसने हर दर्द में जीने की अदा रखी है।

मेरे रब! मेरी दुआओं को असर दे ऐसा,
मैंने हर ख़्वाहिश तेरे दर पे सजा रखी है।

एक दिन मेरे ख़्वाबों का सवेरा होगा,
मैंने इस आस में ये रात गुज़ार रखी है।
