When we pass your street, we quietly lower our eyes,
And hide the storms within our hearts behind silent sighs.

If someone asks about the sadness in our eyes,
We smile and turn our sorrow into stories and lies.

Those promises, those vows, those tales of love so deep,
We still whisper them to our hearts when we’re alone and weep.

You never knew what happened after we drifted apart,
How we gather ourselves each day and comfort our broken heart.

We still pray for your happiness, even when we’re feeling blue,
And give away the dreams we cherished, wishing the best for you.

No complaints remain against you, no grudges do we keep,

خاموش محبت کا درد اور بچھڑنے کی اداس کہانی

تیری گلی سے گزرتے ہیں تو نظریں جھکا لیتے ہیں،
دل میں اٹھتے طوفان کو ہونٹوں پہ دبا لیتے ہیں۔

کبھی جو پوچھ لے کوئی حال ہماری آنکھوں کا،
ہم ہنس کر اپنی اداسی کو قصہ بنا لیتے ہیں۔

وہ وعدے، وہ قسمیں، وہ محبت کے افسانے،
ہم آج بھی تنہائی میں دل کو سنا لیتے ہیں۔

تجھے خبر بھی نہیں تیرے بچھڑنے کے بعد،
ہم کس طرح ہر روز خود کو سمجھا لیتے ہیں۔

اب بھی تیری خوشی کی دعا کرتے ہیں ہم،
اپنے حصے کے سارے خواب تجھ پہ لٹا دیتے ہیں۔

نہ شکوہ ہے تجھ سے، نہ کوئی گلہ باقی ہے،
بس کچھ درد ہیں جو خاموشی میں چھپا لیتے ہیں

खामोश मोहब्बत का दर्द

तेरी गली से गुज़रते हैं तो नज़रें झुका लेते हैं,
दिल में उठते तूफ़ान को होंठों में दबा लेते हैं।

कभी जो पूछ ले कोई हाल हमारी आँखों का,
हम हँसकर अपनी उदासी को क़िस्सा बना लेते हैं।

वो वादे, वो क़समें, वो मोहब्बत के अफ़साने,
हम आज भी तन्हाई में दिल को सुना लेते हैं।

तुझे ख़बर भी नहीं तेरे बिछड़ने के बाद,
हम किस तरह हर रोज़ ख़ुद को समझा लेते हैं।

अब भी तेरी ख़ुशी की दुआ करते हैं हम,
अपने हिस्से के सारे ख़्वाब तुझ पर लुटा देते हैं।

न शिकायत है तुझसे, न कोई गिला बाक़ी है,
बस कुछ दर्द हैं जो ख़ामोशी में छुपा लेते हैं।
